The entire annex building can be used as a guest room. The annexe has verandas on the east and south, and all the wood used in the building is finished as plain wood. It is a bright, rustic and calm space. There is a tatami room, a wooden floor room, and an dirt floor room.

The bathroom, washroom, kitchen, and toilet were renovated in the spring of 2026 and are equipped with new facilities. A wood-fired boiler bath and a tiled washbasin with a Showa-era atmosphere have been newly installed next to the storehouse. Refresh your mind and body while gazing at the starry sky after your bath. The kitchen and toilet with a heated bidet are located in the raised area of the dirt floor room. All water facilities are for your exclusive use.

Meals are served in the main house. The beams and pillars of the building are all painted a deep reddish-brown with soot and rust, giving it an ancient, dignified and stately feel. The large roof is supported by shiny black pillars, thick pine beams, and a wooden framework assembled without nails.

A chest of drawers placed in the corner of the room, Scratched fittings, Storage that requires tricks to open and close, Folding screen that is carefully stored except for special days... There are old and beautiful things here and there that have been used for many years and are still in use today.
