Rice, vegetables and meat
The stork, which lives in the rich countryside, nests and breeds near ima-ya. We humans also receive rice, vegetables, beans and fruits grown in the same environment. We sometimes eat meat from deer, wild boar, and others that come down to the rice fields.

The brown rice is polished to your liking, the vegetables are harvested in the field, and the eggs are from the hens in the garden. You may find that making dinner and breakfast is a little more fun. Let's enjoy cooking together.

Local grandmothers and mothers teach us how to cook and store ingredients, and we inherit the rustic taste of the countryside. Fermented foods such as miso and seasonings are also made in-house.
