The main house is a building with a thatched roof that was dismantled from a historic mansion and moved to its current location in 1931. The beams and pillars are made of thick and large lumber that is said to be unobtainable today. In addition to the main house, the 1,400-square-meter grounds include annexe, a soil made storehouse, a farming hut, two warehouses, two wells, and a fire prevention water tank.

They work in the rice fields covered in mud and eat the vegetables they harvest while covered in dirt. There is a way of life that is different from that in the city, such as playing with nature and local annual events.
